Magus of Power Tarot Card – Tarot Reading By Evergreen, is the Magician Card in your Tarot Deck.  It represents the beginning of a successful material production.  He is always a boy transitioning into becoming a man.

At his best, the Magician is the Archetype of the Path of Awareness.  At his worst, the Magician has well planned-out, and made ready the tools he needs so to put into effect his “transformation spell”; he is the Trickster Wannabe.  His intent is to become free of the constraints placed upon him by others(1).  If you must remember one thing from this article, remember that the Magician is still is a “Wannabe”; he is not yet a successful shape-shifter.

Magus of Power Tarot Card – Tarot Reading By Evergreen according to the Masters:

In his Pictorial Key to the Tarot, A.E. Waite accurately describes the Magician as a male person who is psychologically still a boy with a motive.  According to Mr. Waite, this boy’s motive is “the Divine motive of man reflecting God, the will in liberation of the union with that which is above”.  Waite goes on to say, “Plus the unity of individual being on all planes, in the fixation thereof”.  In other words, the Magician Card represents a boy wanting to become free of his father.  He is still a boy at heart, but he wants to become his own man.  This, even if he is 50 years old.

Alejandro Jodorowsky, in his book The Way of the Tarot The Spiritual Teacher of the Cards, agrees with Waite.  Mr. Jodorowsky describes the Magician Card as a male “organizing reality in conformance with his intelligence”.  Jodorowsky goes on to say that he is “a spirit that seeks to find himself within the human world and find solutions for material life”.

Magus of Power Tarot Card – Tarot Reading By Evergreen, the accurate reading:

In an accurate Tarot Reading, place a clarification card on the Magician.  The Clarification Card will help to divine what his plan is.  It is highly important to understand the Magician Card, and to learn how to read it as accurately as possible.  In this way, your Tarot Reading will be spot on!  After all is said and done, Tarot is about seeing the Truth to your Querent’s situation.

Upright:

When this card comes-up in a Reading, it represents the male Querent.  It can also represent someone else who is in the Querent’s environment.  This other person would also be a male who is still a boy at heart, and who is cunningly deceitful.  Good News is that this cunning person has not yet put into effect his juggling-act.

Bad News is that this other male person’s goal is to part the Querent with her/his money.  He plans on using deception and to cheat.  In other words, he bullshits and/or downright lies.

Reversed:

When the Magician Card is pulled-out upside-down, or is in a negative position in your Spread, it represents a ‘sickness’.  This type of sickness is very likely a mental illness.  This Magician plans to lay snares that risk going beyond taking money from your Querent.

Magus of Power Tarot Card – Tarot Reading By Evergreen says, do not let your mind get confused.  The Magician Card speaks of a boy who is not yet committed to making his “transformation spell” a reality.  As it stands, he is still a ‘Trickster Wannabe’.  Whereas, the Two of Pentacles Card in your Tarot Deck is the Magician who has now definitely “transformed himself” into a fox; or is a fox transformed into a man.
